By visiting Turin Design or purchasing any template from me, you agree to the terms below. These apply to the whole site, every purchase, and any communication between you and me. If I update pricing or these terms at any time, continued use of the site after the changes means you accept the updated terms.
I'm not liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of data, or loss of profit resulting from your use or inability to use anything on this site or in our templates. If using my resources requires repairs, corrections, or fixes on your end, the cost is yours to cover.
Products
All templates are 100% digital products, delivered via [remix link / Framer Marketplace / email confirmation delivery method] after purchase.
License: what you can do
Every purchase comes with a commercial license. Use the template to build a website for yourself or for a client's project.
Customize, modify, and adapt the template however you need. You can combine it with other design elements to build something original.
This license has no usage limit. Build as many end products with it as you want, across as many projects as you want.
License: what you can't do
Resell, redistribute, or share the raw template files, modified or not, under any circumstances.
Repackage the template (or a modified version of it) and list it as your own product on any marketplace, storefront, or third-party platform.
Claim the original design or code as your own creation.
Share downloaded files through private channels, file-sharing tools, or bots.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through [Polar / Framer Marketplace — confirm]. Turin Design doesn't handle or store your card details directly. That's managed entirely by my payment processor.
Data collection
I collect your email when you purchase, so I can deliver your template and provide support. You'll also be added to my email list for updates and new releases. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email.

Refunds
This is a digital product. Once you receive access to the Framer remix link, refunds are not available. All sales are final and refunds cannot be issued.
Warranty
Templates are provided as-is. I put real care into every build, but I don't guarantee they'll be free of every bug or perfectly compatible with every use case. I'm not liable for issues arising from customization, third-party integrations, or misuse.

I stand behind what I build. If something's broken or not working as expected, Reach out any time via x.com or email at heyturin.design@gmail.com — I’m happy to help. Support is prioritized for customers with an active purchase.
Ownership
All templates, their design, layout, and code, remain the property of Turin Design. Purchasing a license gives you the right to use it, not to own or resell it.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, I'll update this page and note the new "Last updated" date. Major changes will also go out via email.
