Turin Design (heyturin.design, findable via framer.com/@heyturin) is a Framer template store run by Turin. This policy explains what information I collect when you visit or buy from my store, why I collect it, and what control you have over it.

What I collect and why
When you buy a template
I use [payment processor: Polar] to handle checkout. During purchase, you'll provide your email address and possibly your country to complete the transaction. I don't store your payment details, card numbers, or billing info on my own servers. That's handled entirely by my payment processor. You can review their privacy practices directly on their site.
I keep your email on file so we can send your purchase confirmation, deliver the template remix link or access and provide support if something goes wrong with your download. If you buy from me, you'll also be added to my email list for template updates, new releases, and occasional offers. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email we send.
When you contact with me
If you reach out via a contact form or email, I collect your name and email address so I can reply. I don't use this for anything beyond responding to you.
Cookies
I use basic cookies to keep the site running smoothly, things like remembering your preferences or keeping my analytics accurate. These don't store personal information beyond what's needed for the site to function properly.
Analytics
I use website analytics (e.g. Framer Analytics, Google Analytics or similar) to understand how visitors use the site, which pages get traffic, which templates people browse and general usage patterns. This data is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally.
Embedded content
Some pages may include embedded content, demo links, videos, or previews hosted elsewhere. If you interact with embedded content, the third-party site it comes from may collect data about that interaction according to their own privacy policy.
Who I share data with
I don't sell or share your personal data with third parties, outside of what's required to process your payment (via our payment processor) or run essential site functions (like analytics or email delivery tools).
How long I keep your data
I retain purchase and email data for as long as needed to provide support, honor refund windows, and keep you updated on template releases or until you ask us to delete it.

Correct inaccurate data
Delete your personal data (except where I'm required to keep records for legal or accounting reasons)
